THE COMPETITION IS PROUDLY SPONSORED BY FRANKSTON CITY COUNCIL & THERMA-SAFE INSULATION!
Registrations are required to be completed via the PlayHQ registration portal.

Uniforms have kindly been subsidised by the Frankston City Council and will be available to participants on gameday.

- The season begins Friday 18th October 2024
- No games in the school holidays.
- Matches will be held on Friday evenings from 5:00pm.
- Fixtures: Available on PlayHQ or MYHOOPS app.
Available divisions:
- Friday Open Mixed Blended (Teams in this division are for parents/carers/siblings to play in a team with the person they care for)
- Friday Open Mixed Division 1 High-Level
- Friday Open Mixed Division 2 Medium Level
- Friday Open Mixed Division 3 Low Level/Walking
- Friday Junior Mixed Division 4
Competition Description
Frankston Basketball’s Inclusion Competition is an inclusive program designed to encourage sports and recreation opportunities for people with a disability.
Our Inclusion Competition will help participants in many ways including building independence, turn-taking skills, and hand-eye coordination while offering the chance to meet new friends in a fun, social, low-pressure environment.
It’s important that all participants are accompanied by a parent or carer for the duration of the session.
Other Information
Basketballs and equipment will be provided for use during the session but if participants have their own ball, they are welcome to bring it along
It is encouraged to bring anything that helps your child/children/client feel comfortable i.e noise-cancelling headphones, iPad, visuals, ACC communication device, etc.
Sensory room available during all competition hours.
