Free entry is permitted to carers and companions on presentation of a carers or companion card.

Accessible car spacesA clearly marked car park designed to enable disability parking permit users to safely access the building and their vehicles as easily as possible. :

Companion Card AcceptedA card for people with significant and permanent disability who have a lifelong need for a high level of support to participate in community events and activities. The card allows a person’s carer free entry into this venue. :

Changing PlacesChanging Places is a voluntary initiative in Australia that advocates for an accessible public toilet and change rooms for users with high support needs who require assistance from a carer and specialised equipment such as a peninsular toilet, drop down assistive grabrails, fixed ceiling hoist and height adjustable fixed change table. :

Hydrotherapy PoolHydrotherapy (or aquatic exercise) provides a safe, controlled space for both exercise and rehabilitation in a therapeutic environment. Set at an average of 34°C, the water in a hydrotherapy pool is significantly warmer than a regular swimming pool. :

Ramps to access poolsA pool ramp is an accessible way for individuals to safely and conveniently enter or exit a public swimming pool. A pool ramp can be placed within the pool permanently or have wheels to allow the steps or ramp to be easily moved or stored when necessary. :

Pool HoistA pool hoist allows a person living with any disability to have access to both above and below ground spas, swimming and hydrotherapy pools, without any manual lifting. It requires a staff member to operate it. :
